These terms govern your use of linkmagnet.co and any services provided by LinkMagnet ("we", "us"). By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

LinkMagnet researches, vets and acquires backlinks on behalf of clients. The scope, deliverables, pricing and timelines for each campaign are set out in a written proposal, order or statement of work ("Order"). If an Order conflicts with these terms, the Order takes priority.

2. Enquiries and orders

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when you accept an Order from us in writing, including by email confirmation.

3. Fees and payment

• Fees are as stated in the Order and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Unless the Order says otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days.
• We may pause work on overdue accounts.
• Publisher prices can change before a placement is secured; we will confirm any change with you before proceeding.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your website, target pages and requirements, and to make sure the pages we link to are lawful and that you have the right to promote them. We may decline or stop work for websites in categories we do not support.

5. Placements and content

Placements are published on third-party websites that we do not own or control. We take care to select appropriate publishers, but publishers may edit, move or remove content. Any replacement or refund policy for removed links will be stated in your Order.

Where we write content for a placement, you will have the opportunity to review it if your Order includes pre-approval.

6. No ranking guarantee

Search engines use many factors we do not control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic or revenue outcome from our services.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential. For white-label work, we will not contact your clients or disclose our involvement without your permission.

8. Intellectual property

Once paid for, content we create for your placements may be used by you and the publisher for the purpose of the placement. Our methods, tools, processes and publisher relationships remain ours. Website content on linkmagnet.co belongs to LinkMagnet.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or rankings, and our total liability under any Order is limited to the fees you paid under that Order in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Cancellation

Either party may end an ongoing campaign with 30 days’ written notice unless the Order states otherwise. Work already completed or committed to publishers will be charged.

11. Website use

The website is provided for general information. We may change or remove content at any time. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it without authorisation.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which LinkMagnet is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes do not affect Orders already accepted unless both parties agree.
